Construction

ย

For this pattern, I was curious enough to try a new stitch! With one row of slip stitches, followed by another row of half double crochet between the post. And because of the nature of the stitch, your work may start to slant in one direction! LOL

I was a little nervous at first, but then I thought since I am working ” in the round” per se, then it shouldn’t really matter.ย

ย “So never say never until you’ve given it a shot!” ๐Ÿ™‚

ย I also decided to add some texture to this edging with some cable stitches. And it turned out amazing! Plus it’s really not as hard as it looks. I promise!

For this pattern, I am using two types of yarns. The body yarn is fromย Cotton Crรจme Loops & Threadsย in the Color Light Greyย and the edging yarn is fromย Caron Simply Soft Party Yarnย in the color Silver with rainbow tinsels in them ๐Ÿ™‚

If you like this color combo, I madeย something similar hereย using the same yarn combo!
